Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026. ServerOps is run by AY Games.
The short version
- Use ServerOps within Discord's rules and the law.
- Server admins decide how it's set up and used in their server, and answer for that.
- It's provided as it is: we work to keep it running and your data safe, but can't promise it never fails.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By adding ServerOps to a server, using its commands, or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. Discord's rules come first
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and be old enough to use Discord: 13, or older where the law where you live says so.
3. For server admins
- Only add ServerOps to servers you're allowed to manage. It does what its permissions and your settings let it do.
- You decide how it's used in your server: moderation, what is logged, whether message text is kept, how long records are kept, and what members are told. Tell your members how your server uses it where that matters.
- Don't use it to harass, spam, collect members' data for other purposes, or break the law.
- Give it only the permissions the features you use need.
4. For everyone
- Don't abuse it: no flooding commands or buttons, no automating it, and no trying to get around its limits or checks.
- Don't try to break, overload or get into ServerOps, this website, or other people's data.
5. Your content
What you write (reminders, suggestions, tickets, messages admins set up) stays yours. You let ServerOps store and show it only to run the features it's for, as the Privacy Policy describes.
6. If these terms are broken
We may stop ServerOps answering a member or a server, or remove it from a server, when these terms or Discord's rules are broken. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@aygames.gg.
7. As it is
ServerOps and this website are provided as they are. Features can change, pause or end. We work to keep them running and your data backed up, but we can't promise they'll always be available, error-free, or that nothing is ever lost, so keep your own copies of anything important.
8. Limits of responsibility
As far as the law allows, AY Games isn't responsible for losses caused by using or not being able to use ServerOps, by how a server's admins set it up, or by Discord. Nothing here takes away rights the law where you live gives you and that can't be signed away.
9. Ending
You can stop at any time: kick ServerOps from your server, and members can delete their data with
/privacy delete.
10. Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Using ServerOps after that means you accept the new terms. For questions, write to support@aygames.gg.
